Design Features:
Unit is producible from aluminum and features top and bottom sections.
Each tire box is 14 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches high, and 10 1/2 inches wide.
Top section is rectangular with rounded cutouts at the lower edges to contact the upper inside portion of the trailer’s tires.
Bottom section is rectangular with rounded cutouts at the upper edges to contact the lower inside portion of the tires.
The two sections attach to one another with a strap that measures 6 inches wide, 20 inches long, and 1/4 inch thick; strap is attached to the lower section, passes through the top section, and attaches to the top section with a lock.
Various adjustment options at the top of the strap enable the user to insure that the unit fits snugly.
User places the bottom section between the trailer’s tires, places the upper portion over the strap, and slides it down until snug; user inserts the lock into a hole on the upper section.
Trailer tires are immobilized until the user unlocks and removes the unit.
